I have main folder called "Photography" which contains everything that is related to photography - all my photo files, catalogues, software version, presets, plug-ins, etc. The problem I see with that Iridient plugin, as I see it, is that its maintained by one.

Note that C1 Express for Fuji is free -) Its more limited than full C1 Pro, but you dont need to buy anything to use C1 for Fuji. Excellent adjustments tools (H/S recovery is probably the best) and tons of presets availableīefore we go further I should mention my file structure. Iridient delivers top-quality X-Trans conversions, wether via the X-Transformer LR plugin or the standalone Developer app.I recently posted some sharpening settings for Lightroom that I felt improved the quality of Lightroom’s weird processing of the fuji raw files. Excellent integration with CS, 3rd party filters and plugins (NIK, Topaz, DxO, etc) In my continual quest to get the best from my little Fuji XE-1, I’ve been trying lots of different options.

Paul Elliott's youtube video provided a simple comparison of Iridient vs Lightroom RAW conversion and how to install the plugin in lightroom. First thing I will say is it’s a bit difficult to use within Lightroom at the moment. The lack of X-T3 RAW support in Lightroom at the moment led me to try Iridient X-Transformer based on the rave reviews in this forum. Here is my setup and step by step instructions. Recently I talked about the new Iridient developer coming out soon, well a public beta is out (DOWNLOAD HERE) and from first impressions it’s good, but needs a little more to make it function better. The following excerpt is from the section where I discuss the detail tab, and in it I talk about how to use and understand the Iridient Reveal sharpening method. As the matter of fact I have all of them and they all are integrated into the same workflow. In the book I go through each of the tabs in the settings window, and explain how the various controls work, especially in relation to working with X-Trans images. Iridient Developer will handle iPhone RAW and probably the new iPhone 12 Pro only DNG (release notes here). I will illustrate my workflow using LR+Iridient Developer integration, albeit the same integration works well with Capture One Express, Aperture or Photo Ninja. Dan, while I concur with you about support for iPhones, your reaction is a bit extreme. All logos are property of their respective owners.
